Tūranganui a Kiwa Housing LTD (THL)

Tūranganui a Kiwa Housing Ltd (THL) is an independent Community Housing Provider set up by Te Rūnanga o Tūranganui a Kiwa (TROTAK), as the collective response for the three iwi of Tūranganui a Kiwa (Rongowhakaata, Ngai Tāmanuhiri and Te Aitanga a Mahaki), to the severity of the housing crisis and the impact it is having on our people. 

THL operates to a set of Vision and Values that uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Whānau Ora as the basis for partnership with iwi and the foundation for action to reduce inequities. Our organisational values are role modelled, incorporated and consistently practiced within the organisation and through all internal and external relationships
