ACC Kaupapa Māori Navigation Service
We've just launched our Kaupapa Māori Navigation Service to make sure our whānau have a better experience when they come to ACC for support. We're providing this service to ensure our whānau get the best advice, shared in a way that respects our culture and is easy to access.
How the Navigation service helps our people
The new ACC service is a navigation service, which provides free and independent advice through the claims process and helps Kiritaki (whānau) connect to appropriate support within ACC. The navigation service exists to bridge some of the technical barriers that often prevent our people from applying and/or receiving the support that they need from ACC, which can lead to potential further risks or preventable harms to friends and whānau.
